This functionality allows the user to configure and grant rappels to business partners. Rappels are discounts based on the volume of consumption of the business partner in a given period of time.

This functionality is available starting from version 4.0.0 of the Sales Extensions Bundle, from Etendo 26.1. To be able to include this functionality, the Sales Extensions Bundle must be installed. To do that, follow the instructions from the marketplace: Sales Extensions Bundle. Native lead tracking and management for the commercial team. Allows registering prospects, managing their lifecycle through configurable statuses, organizing follow-up tasks, and converting qualified leads into Business Partners — directly integrating with the Sales flow (quotations → orders → invoices).

Sales Quotation
